Paper pumpkins

Paper pumpkins

Children trace six circles on orange sheets of paper and cut them out. Each circle is folded in half and then glued together side by side to form a round, 3D pumpkin. A piece of string is placed in the middle so the decoration can be hung up. From gray paper, they roll a small tube to make a stem, glue it to the top of the pumpkin, and bend it slightly. A thin green strip of paper is wrapped around a stick to create a curly vine. The pumpkins can be strung together on one piece of string to make a beautiful autumn decoration.
