Children paint the handle of a paintbrush red and set it aside to dry. They cut a strip of white felt and wrap it around the area just above the bristles. They glue on googly eyes and a small pom-pom for the nose. They decorate Santa’s hat with a bow or sequins. Next, they thread a small bell onto a pipe cleaner and wrap it around the end of the brush, creating the pom-pom of the hat. This way, a fun “brush Santa” decoration is created.
