Children paint a toilet paper roll with black paint. Once it dries, they form the cat’s ears by folding the top of the roll inward. Next, they glue on googly eyes. A strip of newspaper is twisted and glued on as whiskers, and a small balled-up piece of newspaper becomes the nose. Finally, they twist a thicker tail and glue it to the back of the roll. The cat is ready!
