Cut a circle from white paper — this will be the clown’s head. From colored tissue paper, cut two ribbon shapes: one longer and one shorter. Pinch each in the middle and glue them to the paper so they form the arms and legs. Glue the head at the point where they meet. Attach a red nose made from a small ball of tissue paper to the face. Spread glue on the sides of the head and sprinkle confetti to create colorful hair. Add a hat, and make the eyes from two blue circles. Cut gloves from patterned colored paper and glue them to the ends of the arms. Stick them onto the page in any position. Do the same with the shoes. Draw a smile with a black marker. The finished clown looks like a cheerful, dancing character.
