Draw circles on colored sheets of paper and cut them out. Fold each circle in half, then fold it in half again. Fold the resulting quarters in half as well—one in one direction and the other in the opposite direction. Now cut triangular shapes along the rounded edge and the sides. Unfold the cutouts and glue them onto dark blue paper. Cut out the silhouettes of houses from black paper, glue them at the bottom of the page, and add yellow windows. The finished artwork looks like a night sky lit up with fireworks.
