Tie a plastic bag on the closed end. Then turn it inside out. Put a little cotton wool inside and shape it into a soft, round cushion. Paint the bottom with poster paint—the wrinkled part of the plastic will create a radiant pattern. Use the finished stamp to make colorful prints on dark blue paper, creating bright fireworks in the night sky.
