Wrap a skewer stick with brown tissue paper to create a twig. Cut off the cotton tips from cotton swabs and glue them along the stick to form soft pussy willow buds. Tie a decorative ribbon bow at the bottom of the twig. You can make several twigs like this and arrange them into a small bouquet.
