On a white sheet of paper, trace a CD and, above it, a smaller circle. Draw arms on the sides and cut out the whole shape. Glue the CD in place of the larger circle. Cut a hat from corrugated cardboard and glue it onto the snowman’s head. Cut a nose from orange foam and glue it on. Draw the eyes and a smile with a marker. Form small balls from colored tissue paper and glue them on as buttons. Finally, attach a scarf and a broom. The finished snowman can be hung up as a winter or carnival decoration.
