Draw eyes and a smile on a plastic spoon using a black marker. Cut a triangular nose from decorative foam and attach it with double-sided tape. Glue on a hat, then add a scarf, gently cutting the ends. Cut several circles from white foam, pierce them with a stick, and slide them one by one onto the handle of the spoon to form the body.
