Cut out the center of a paper plate. Next, cut a hat out of cardboard. Round the top and side corners. Attach the finished hat to the plate using double-sided tape, then add a decorative band. Cut a carrot-shaped nose from orange paper and glue it in the middle. Finally, attach a skewer stick to the back. This mask works great as a winter prop for play or a photo booth.
