We spread glue over a white sheet of paper and stick white tissue paper onto it. We unroll a long strip and cut it off. Using a wax crayon, we draw the shape of a cloud, eyes, and a smile. We cut out the upper part and even out the edges. We cut the strip into several narrower strips. We make snowflakes from them: we twist them, leave a small gap, and twist again (like a candy wrapper). The finished cloud can be hung up as a winter decoration.
