Place a piece of Christmas tree tinsel on a white sheet of paper and paint its “needles” using shades of blue or purple. Create patterns that resemble frost on a windowpane. Then move the tinsel to another empty area on the paper and paint again to get more icy marks. Complete the composition by painting with feathers, which leave delicate and interesting textures and help fill in the background. Once the paint has dried, measure and cut narrow strips from white paper. Glue them onto the artwork: two crossing in the center of the window and a frame around the edges. Trim off the excess ends. The winter window with frost on the glass is finished.
