Cut a strip from brown paper and make small cuts along one side. Apply glue and wrap it around a wooden skewer to create the broom. From a colored paper napkin, cut a square, fold it into a triangle, and glue it on while gently gathering the material to form the witch’s dress. Use the same paper to make a headscarf and glue it onto the head. Apply glue to the inside of the napkin dress and to the broom and attach them together. A bean glued onto modeling clay serves as the nose. Finally, add the arm, shoes, and a moon in the background.
