We start with the hood. Separate the tissue, keeping only the colored layer. Then fold the material diagonally to form a triangle. Gently twist and glue the two opposite corners together. Glue the finished hood onto a green background. Cut a circle out of cream-colored paper. Use markers to draw the hair, eyes, and smile, then glue the head to the hood.
