Cut a white coffee filter into narrow strips and glue them to the card. Cut strips of the top layer creating a fringe. Under the fringe stick a cotton pad. On the pad draw eyes and a smile. Fold the tissue into 4 and glue one of the corners under the petal. Tape a coffee filter under the tissue as a skirt. From silver adhesive foil, cut out a crown and stick it on the Snow Queen's head.
